C. Penney -  - Responsibilities:
Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Follow AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions and document all stages;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with laws and policy;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP or Store leadership and manage records;
Assist with incident investigations, audits, and safety/hazard checks, and travel to stores as necessary
