We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Refacer / Measure Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately measuring kitchens, assessing existing cabinetry, and performing cabinet refacing installations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working directly with homeowners.

• Take precise measurements of kitchen cabinetry and related areas
• Evaluate existing cabinets for refacing suitability
• Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, veneers, hardware, and trim
• Ensure all measurements and job details are accurately documented
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Identify and report any issues that could affect installation or production
• Have proper tools and equipment as needed to complete the job
• Travel to and from our customers' homes
• Maintain a professional appearance, dress, and grooming
• Work in an efficient and neat orderly manner while in customers' homes
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer relationships
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork

• General finish carpentry skills required
• Proficient at measuring, cutting and installing accurately
• Take pride in workmanship, warranty work and no shortcuts
• Absolute perfectionist and high level of attention to detail
• Good communication skills essential

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong problem solver and critical thinker
• Maintain a professional appearance, dress, and grooming at all times
• Consistently establish and maintain strong customer relationships and work through difficult situations with diplomacy
• Have own reliable vehicle and a large enough vehicle to transport materials from the warehouse to the jobsite

• Competitive salary of $65,000.00 - $ + per year
