Our client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have carpentry, basic plumbing and HVAC skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $17.50
What’s the Job?
- Perform and assist with general maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmith and energy
- Install new equipment and repair and/or replace defective equipment
- Clean, service, oil and/or adjust equipment
- Operate and conduct routine preventative maintenance on company vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one (1) year of related work experience required. Experience in two or more of the following trades; carpentry, painting, and locksmith is preferred
- Pass compliance items
