I’m Ramiro “Ram” Quintanilla, Fixed Operations Director at BMW of Pharr, and I’m looking to connect with experienced BMW professionals for two key opportunities on our growing team.

BMW of Pharr is part of Bert Ogden Auto Group, the largest auto group in the Rio Grande Valley, representing 26 franchises across 24 locations. • BMW Master Certified Technician: $45–$60 per flag hour, based on certification level, specialty certifications, ASE Master certification, experience, and productivity.
• BMW Master Shop Foreman: $100,000–$150,000 annual compensation range, based on qualifications, leadership ability, experience, and productivity.
• Sign‑on bonus may be available based on qualifications.
• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

A skilled BMW technician with strong diagnostic ability, attention to detail, and the drive to perform accurate, high‑quality repairs in a busy, professional shop environment.

A proven BMW Master‑level professional ready to lead, coach, support complex diagnostics, maintain repair quality, and help drive productivity in a high‑volume BMW service department.

• BMW Master‑level technical experience or BMW ASE Master Technician Certification.
• BMW HV Specialty Certification preferred or required based on role.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume shop environment.
• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring ability for Shop Foreman candidates.
• Must be 21 years old or older and able to pass a background check.
