Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and refrigeration units;
Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues to ensure optimal system performance;
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and minimize downtime;
Manage refrigerant handling, inventory, and vendor relationships in compliance with OSHA and EPA standards;
Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands-on training and evaluating technician performance.
