General Job Description
We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join our electrical team in the Rio Grande Valley area as a Helper. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, gain field experience, and grow your career.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Assist in house rough‑in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire.
- Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches.
- Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew.
- Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman.
- Communicate progress, issues, and creative solutions to management.
- Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards.
- Take direction effectively and communicate clearly with team members.

Experience:
0–2
- Preferred:
Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code. - Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Bi‑lingual skills are a plus.
- A dependable worker who shows up on time, every day.
- Willingness to learn and work under a leadman out in the field.
- Prior work experience; the more electrical experience, the better.
- Great attitude and readiness to take direction.
