Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to manage, schedule and supervise the preventive maintenance program and general repair of air-conditioning and heating systems at all City facilities. The employee is responsible for preparing recurring reports and/or records and assembling information from more than one source of information for maintenance, repair and replacement of units. The employee provides daily supervision to HVAC Technicians and makes daily decisions on a variety of items from simple to difficult.
