Norwegian Translator

Responsibilities

• Translate software strings, documentation, training materials, and European tenders.
• Manage key translation projects across Epic's clinical, administrative, registration, and billing products.
• Collaborate closely with implementation and technical support teams to deliver high‑quality, innovative software solutions.
• Handle both quick‑turnaround tasks and complex long‑term projects with precision and autonomy.
• Apply language expertise to deliver clear, accurate translations for a global leader in electronic medical records.

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong preference for experience translating from American English to Norwegian.
• Ability to maintain appropriate feeling, tone, and style in translations.
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination requirement.
