A company is looking for a Lead Developer to serve as a hands‑on technical leader for their Marine Suite product.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in SDLC estimation and planning for complex assignments
- Develop solutions and provide technical leadership and oversight to team members
- Create designs that reduce complexity and improve code quality through thoughtful architecture
- 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production services / features end‑to‑end
- Strong expertise in C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API) and SQL Server
- Experience with CI / CD automation and defining / enforcing quality gates
- Ability to work effectively across a distributed team while aligning with US working hours
- Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
