About the PositionAs a Soccer Coach, you will lead soccer training sessions for kids aged 2 to 12, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment. Your role will include designing and implementing training programs tailored to the individual needs of players, ensuring a memorable experience for each participant. We value creativity and adaptability, as you'll be responsible for keeping the training sessions lively and engaging.
We offer a flexible schedule, providing the opportunity for coaches to work part-time and learn alongside a supportive and encouraging staff.
Key Qualifications- Previous experience coaching soccer or working with children in a sports environment.
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and ability to teach these skills to young athletes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children, parents, and team members.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards coaching and child development.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training to enhance coaching skills and stay updated with best practices.
- Availability for weekday evenings and weekends, with a commitment to a regular schedule.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various training locations.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus, but not required.
