Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking for a Traffic Coordinator to join their team. As a Traffic Coordinator you will be part of the shipping and receiving operations supporting efficient material handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Mcallen, TX

Pay Range: $15 per hour (depending on experience) Monday-Friday 10AM-7:00PM and 11AM-8PM some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment status.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate records in transportation and warehouse management systems.
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure service commitments are met.
• Support operational reporting and customer service requirements.

What's Needed?

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
