Major Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Support budget preparation and monitor adherence to financial goals and objectives.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to manage expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
- Handle billing and collections processes, including resolving discrepancies and addressing inquiries from residents and families.
- Support audits and ensure the timely submission of financial reports and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of business strategies that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Provide customer service to residents, families, and staff regarding billing and financial inquiries.
- Contribute to innovative solutions that enhance systems and processes, ensuring superior results.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma or its equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare financial operations, bookkeeping, accounting practices, or business office management.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
