• Oversee daily operations of the Child Cafe, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
• Plan and implement nutritious meal programs that meet dietary guidelines for young children.
• Collaborate with educators to integrate nutrition education into the curriculum.
• Manage staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality service and care.
• Engage with parents and the community to promote healthy eating and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children and staff alike.

• Experience in a leadership role within a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition standards and dietary guidelines for children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and early childhood development.
• Background check clearance required prior to employment.
