Summary
Resources is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to provide services for the I-CORT team in McComb, MS. This RN will guide each patient to the appropriate supports needed to maximize health and wellness. The position will provide nursing services in the community and cover multiple counties in Southwest Mississippi, requiring on‑call work.
I-CORT services are provided primarily in natural settings and are delivered face‑to‑face, by phone or video conference with the individual and their family/significant other as appropriate, to the primary well‑being and benefit of the recipient. I‑CORT assists in setting and attaining individually defined recovery/resiliency goals. The primary treatment objective is to assist in keeping the individuals receiving the service in the community in which they live, avoiding placement in state‑operated behavioral health programs.

Our eighteen county service area includes Amite, Franklin, Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, and Wayne Counties.
Requirements- Minimum of an ADN in Nursing
- Valid RN license in MS
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Auto insurance liability limits of 100,000/300,000/50,000 within 30 days of hire
- Good communication, relationship building, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of mental health symptoms preferred
- Guide each patient in the appropriate supports needed to maximize health and wellness
- Monitor and maintain client service records within electronic medical records in accordance with PBMHR, DMH, and CARF standards
- Monitor consumers receiving medication; provide injections as needed
- Closely follow the progress of each consumer, including follow‑up efforts after discharge
- Provide individual nursing assessment and evaluation/therapy
- Participate in team staffing and function as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team
