Weyerhaeuser - - Responsibilities:
Set up the Planer within exact alignment tolerances (to the thousandth) to maximize quality and production through the Planer;
Adjust the Planer machine to improve quality and feeding;
Troubleshoot quality and performance issues with the Planer machine;
Feed rough, dry lumber into the Planer in an unbroken stream to keep lumber in the Planer at all times;
Make minor repairs to the machinery and perform pre-shift inspections
