Verify production processes, packaging, food safety and monitoring of operational sanitation.;
Ensure proper documentation, inventory control, and release of hold product.;
Assist production team members, team leaders, and supervisors to ensure safe and quality products are produced according to specification.;
Monitor lines and paperwork to assure specification compliance; verify GMPs, labels, lot codes, bags, boxes, and pallets are correctly adhered, printed, sealed, and stacked.;
Assist in microbiological swabs and samplings at correct times and positions; ensure all quality and food safety policies are followed.
