Licensed Practical Nurse

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands‑on clinical care and oversight for our senior residents. This role is ideal for an LPN who takes ownership of resident outcomes, acts with integrity, and thrives in a collaborative senior living environment.

• Practice nursing in a relationship‑driven senior living setting
• Partner closely with caregivers, Med Techs, and leadership

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice
• Administer and oversee medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners
• Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and Med Techs as assigned
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Support care planning, service plans, and regulatory compliance
• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical policies

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
