Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach in Walmart US, you will deliver store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain project timelines.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop hourly team members, providing supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns; reinforce teamwork and collaboration.
• Travel frequently (up to 1000 miles) and spend an average of 80% of time away from home on overnight shifts (10-12 hours).

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; OR 3 years of experience in those areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree in Business; 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams;
  Project Management Professional Certification.

Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours. You will travel up to 1000 miles, and be away from home for 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional performance bonuses and stock options may be available.
