We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our team at our McCook location.

Responsibilities of a Mobile Service Technician:

* Work the majority of the time in the field responding to service calls

* Coordinate with the service manager to manage the field-based service schedule and customer calls

* Clearly communicate with Service Manager, Service Clerk, Sales Representatives, Customers, Field Representatives, DTAC, and other Technicians

* Generate additional mobile service business, supporting the growth of the service business through excellent service and support in the field

* Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment including both new and existing Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products on location for customers

* Has a strong understanding of how to use Service Advisor, regularly submits well-prepared DTAC Cases, and instructs peers on how to utilize Service Advisor and submit well-prepared DTAC Cases

Requirements of a Mobile Service Technician:

* 5+ years of experience performing service repairs

* Ability to work efficiently and in an organized manner to meet deadlines

* Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment

* Proficient computer skills

* High School Diploma & Associates degree or equivalent experience required

* Valid driver's license required and fork lift certification preferred
