For the past 10 years, DaVita has demonstrably improved clinical outcomes. As a Healthcare Operations Manager (also known as Facility Administrator or "FA" internally), you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities include:

Patients come first: Build relationships and improve health through clinical goals and quality initiatives.

Meaningful Workday: Make a difference in patients' lives and develop your team daily.

Clinic Operations: Lead a team, manage finances, and ensure compliance.

Autonomy and Support: Run your clinic with guidance from regional leaders.

Culture & Growth: Embody company values and foster a positive environment.

Partner with Regional Directors: Address concerns and meet regional goals.

Ideal candidate:

Passionate about making a difference.
Minimum 2 years leadership experience, supervising direct reports preferred.
Diverse industry background acceptable; leadership skills are key.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Adaptable, innovative, and collaborative.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's preferred.
