RN Oncology Navigator

The RN Oncology Navigator serves as a primary point of contact for oncology patients and their families throughout the cancer care continuum. This role focuses on care coordination, patient education, distress screening, timely follow-up, and facilitation of supportive services. The Navigator works collaboratively with Medical Oncology, Infusion, Radiation Oncology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure patients receive comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services required
• Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience preferred
• Care coordination and navigation preferred
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
• Must be willing and able to obtain OCN certification or comparable certification within 24 months of hire
