Restorative Aide (CNA Required)

Restorative Aide (CNA Required) supports residents in a skilled nursing facility to regain independence and mobility. The role involves collaborating with nursing and therapy teams to deliver rehabilitative care. A compassionate, motivated CNA is essential for improving residents' quality of life.

• Assist residents with restorative nursing programs and exercises.
• Encourage mobility, strength, balance, and independence through daily activities.
• Support walking, range-of-motion, transfer, and positioning programs.
• Document resident progress and report changes to nursing staff.
• Work collaboratively with therapy and nursing departments.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Current CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to resident dignity and independence.

• Previous long-term care or restorative experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
