Team Member - Evenings​/Nights

Job Summary

This position is all about creating the most delightful experience for our guests. Arby's is driven to serve and delight our guests by creating a goal‑driven and team‑player atmosphere for the team. The job includes taking orders, preparing food, and keeping guests and fellow teammates safe with proper cleaning procedures.

• Acts with integrity, honesty and positive attitude toward fellow teammates and guests.
• Delivers exceptional guest service, acting with a "guest comes first" attitude and connecting with the customers. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Follows Arby’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
