We are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join our Purchasing Team. This full-time, entry-level position will provide overall administrative support to the Purchasing and Sourcing Team.

- Interact and communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, create purchase orders, and following up with vendors in regard to late, missing, damaged, or incorrect goods
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, including prices, quantities, and delivery dates. Ensure that all information is documented and easily accessible for reference and reporting purposes
- Manage and process vendor invoices for timely payments
- Review vendor statements and work with accounting with any discrepancies
- Provide administrative support throughout the procurement process
- Prepare regular reports including shortages, usage, cost, and supplier performance
- Proactively communicating with other departments about product allocation, delivery inquiries, and backorders
- Perform other job-related work and duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Working knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) (Required)
- Working experience with MRP systems is a plus, but not required

- Focused self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments concurrently and deliver on commitments
