the Role

We’re looking for a high-impact Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of operations, client experience, and revenue growth. This is not a passive account management role—this person owns the relationship from first conversation through long-term partnership. You’ve likely worked inside a 3PL or fulfillment environment, supporting fashion or retail brands, and understand what “good” looks like—from SOP execution to inventory accuracy to client communication.

You know how to solve problems in real time, translate operational complexity into client confidence, and turn satisfied customers into long-term, expanding partnerships. You enjoy building relationships and are able to clearly see and communicate why outsourcing to a 3PL is simply the most efficient and scalable partnership when building a brand. This role is equal parts relationship builder, operator, and commercial driver.

Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B fashion and retail clients
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring operational excellence across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and returns
  • Translate client needs into clear SOPs and ensure alignment with warehouse operations
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to inventory, order accuracy, and service levels
  • Partner closely with warehouse, QA, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Own the full lifecycle of client relationships—from outreach and onboarding through long-term (evergreen) partnerships
  • Lead discovery, solutioning, and pricing conversations in collaboration with leadership
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment between client expectations and operational capabilities
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Routinely lead bill reviews/ rate re‑negotiations and conducting QBRs
  • Monitor performance of KPI’s put in place and communicate the success of
  • Actively find alignment across the client and the warehouse leadership within a 360 sight of best-in-class client experience
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for both partnerships and account growth
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Contribute to positioning Renewal as a preferred 3PL partner within the fashion ecosystem
  • Refine sales collateral, case studies, and partnership materials
  • Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and account performance metrics
  • Use Excel and data tools to analyze trends, identify gaps, and support decision-making
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion logistics, fulfillment, and retail operations
  • Monitor competitor activity and bring forward insights to strengthen positioning and offerings
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years in a 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics environment (fashion or retail strongly preferred)
  • Direct experience managing B2B client relationships in a warehouse or fulfillment setting
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., Extensiv)
    • Inventory control, order flow, and fulfillment operations
    • SOP development and process improvement
  • Proven ability to manage both day-to-day execution and big-picture client strategy
  • Experience supporting or driving sales cycles, including onboarding and contract discussions
  • Advanced Excel skills (reporting, analysis, KPI tracking)
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify complex operational topics for clients
  • Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
