File Coordinator

SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding and Butts Counties is hiring a Job File Coordinator.

The Job File Coordinator will act as a liaison for customers to identify project requirements and specifications, administer and organize projects, and support teammates.

• Intake and entry of claims into company-specific software.
• Maintain clear and efficient project communication with customers, adjusters and production managers.
• Oversee daily project status, monitoring, audit and work-in-progress.
• Create estimates using estimating software (Xactimate experience is a plus).
• Review and validate job site documentation and insurance-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft software suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, as required by law.
