Spa Operations & Management Intern

Pink Caviar Lash & Brow Spa is a fast-growing luxury beauty destination specializing in lashes, brows, skincare, permanent makeup, education, and retail.

This is not a basic receptionist internship. We are looking for someone with leadership potential who can communicate clearly, speak up when something is wrong, solve problems, hold others accountable, and help keep the spa running smoothly.

The selected candidate will work closely with management to learn Pink Caviar’s daily operations and gradually take on greater leadership responsibility.

This is a paid, on-site internship at our McDonough, Georgia location.
The internship pays $16.50 per hour. Candidates who successfully complete the program may be considered for a permanent management position starting at $20 per hour. Permanent employment is based on performance and business needs and is not guaranteed.

• Learn how to manage the spa’s daily operations from opening through closing
• Monitor the appointment schedule and keep clients and technicians moving on time
• Communicate expectations clearly to team members
• Address problems immediately instead of ignoring or avoiding them
• Help hold team members accountable for punctuality, service timing, cleanliness, communication, and workplace standards
• Assist with coaching employees and delivering professional feedback
• Resolve client concerns calmly, fairly, and professionally
• Make sound decisions while knowing when ownership approval is required
• Identify scheduling, staffing, service, and operational problems before they grow
• Maintain the appearance, organization, cleanliness, and readiness of the entire spa
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and daily operational needs
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee-performance tracking
• Help increase bookings, memberships, retail sales, and client retention
• Review operational performance and recommend improvements
• Support promotional planning and business-growth initiatives
• Step into supervised shift-leadership responsibilities as training progresses

• Previous leadership, supervisory, customer-service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to our McDonough location
