Key

Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license (Georgia)
• Previous experience in school settings or with 1:1 care
• Strong skills in G/J tube management, oxygen administration, and general health support for medically fragile students
• Comfortable with on-site work and able to ride the school bus for designated assignments
• Excellent communication and adaptability when working with students and educators

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted 1:1 nursing care for assigned student(s) following individualized health plans and protocols
• Monitor, manage, and respond to student health needs, including feeding, medication, and respiratory support during school and bus transport if necessary
• Maintain accurate health documentation and promptly report concerns to the lead nurse and school personnel
• Foster a compassionate, supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation in school activities
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and the nursing team for coordinated care
