Customer Service Representative; Sr. Loan Consultant

Job Summary

Sr. Loan Consultant supports the Branch Manager in overseeing the efficient operation of the branch, ensuring all operational functions are performed correctly and delivering trust, service, security, and satisfaction to customers and staff.

• Assist with management and motivation of staff to meet goals related to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expense.
• Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend decisions; process consumer loans; close consumer loans; collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency.
• Assist branch manager with business development relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with implementation of solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist branch manager with hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews, and terminations as applicable.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

The salary range is competitive based on duties, KSA, and experience. Position eligible for quarterly incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.
