Position: Bank Teller - McDonough, GA (MCD)

Bank Teller – Contract to Hire

Location:

McDonough, GA, United States. This is a fully onsite, temporary position that may transform into a permanent role.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of relevant cash‑handling experience; banking preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via e‑mail.
  • Good communication skills – de‑escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening.
Responsibilities
  • Provide members and prospective members with the full range of products and services, including depository accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards.
  • Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts and loans.
  • Assist members with consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
  • Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services.
  • Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell service products and increase product penetration.
  • Perform platform banking functions under supervision.
  • Assist Level I team members and provide assistance/training to lower level team members.
  • Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services.
  • May assist with branch office vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures.
  • May serve as a branch office and/or ATM vault custodian.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be comfortable working in both Inglewood and potentially Culver City.
Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm;
Saturday: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.
