Our client, a leader in the Health Care industry, is seeking a Physical Therapy Clinic Director for their outpatient clinic in Mcdonough, Georgia. As a Clinic Director, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, building your team, and shaping the clinic’s reputation in the community.

• Lead, develop, and manage an outpatient physical therapy clinic with a focus on exceptional patient outcomes.
• Provide input on clinic location, setup, and strategic planning to ensure successful clinic launch and growth.
• Oversee and mentor staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive marketing and community outreach initiatives to build relationships with physicians, referral sources, and the local community.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by keeping up with healthcare laws and maintaining clinic standards.
• Oversee clinic scheduling and productivity to optimize patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage the clinic’s financial health, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle patient feedback promptly and promote a positive and inclusive clinic culture.

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with a track record of outstanding patient care.
• Strong desire and capability to own and operate a physical therapy clinic.
• Experience in staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  
  Excellent knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation and best practices in patient-centered care.

• Previous leadership or directorship experience in a clinical environment.
• Familiarity with clinic marketing, patient acquisition, and outreach strategies.
• Strong understanding of clinic financial management and administrative operations.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted documentation tools and healthcare technology systems.
