PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying treatment plans in accordance with their needs and goals, and delivering specialized therapy services. This role emphasizes patient and employee safety and requires adherence to compliance and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in the student program, providing supervision and evaluations.
• Create an individualized professional development plan and pursue continuing education.
• Adhere to the State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• Current CPR Certification
• Experience in Orthopedics is required
