What Will You Enjoy Doing- Maintain and support HRIS platforms (Specifically UKG)
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data through regular audits
- Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end‑user support
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports
- Create dashboards and metrics to support HR and business decisions
- Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights
- Support internal and external audits with required data
- Manage HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, and third‑party systems
- Monitor and resolve file transfer issues (e.g., EDI feeds)
- Ensure proper data mapping and system compatibility
- Support data migration and system implementation
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements
- Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in HRIS implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 4‑year Degree (Bachelors) in related field or equivalent, preferred
- 2-5 years’ hands‑on experience supporting HRIS systems or HR/payroll operations
- 2-5 years’ hands‑on experience with UKG suite of products
- UKG WFM Consultant or at least 2 years' experience with UKG WFM configuration
- Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to support end users
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file transfers, and data interfaces (e.g., EDI)
- Understanding of system configuration, workflows, and user security roles
- Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system migrations
- Experience in a multi-state or global organization
- UKG WFM Certified
