HRIS Analyst

ALPLA Inc., a global leader in sustainable plastic packaging, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology landscape. In this role, you will configure and maintain HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and build reports that enable informed workforce decisions across our North American manufacturing operations. You will partner closely with HR, payroll, and IT to streamline processes, improve user experience, and support continuous improvement.

Working in a collaborative, safety- and quality-focused environment, you will help drive innovation, compliance, and efficiency in a growing, sustainability-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS modules and workflows.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and cleanup activities.
• Develop and automate HR reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
• Support HR, payroll, and managers with system issues and user training.
• Participate in HR technology projects, enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Document processes, configurations, and data standards.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Maintain security roles, permissions, and compliance within HRIS.
• Support integration of HRIS with payroll, timekeeping, and other systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology and automation.
