Insurance Sales Producer

Osman Iftikhar Farmers Agency is hiring a friendly and personable Insurance Agent for our McDonough location. We're looking for an individual who is genuinely interested in helping people manage their personal and business risks by offering affordable insurance options. The ideal candidate for this position will have impressive customer service and communication skills.

We are offering a hybrid work week: 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

Salary is $36,000 and up based on performance.

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
• Promote insurance products and services effectively
• Support sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining documentation
• Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for future consultations
• Develop negotiation skills by discussing policy options and pricing with clients to close sales effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service

Licensed in Property and Casualty in the State of Ga. Life and Health is a plus.

Resident of Georgia

Some weekends may be required.
