Honor Built is seeking a Logistics Associate in our IT Provisioning Warehouse, based in McDonough, GA. Our associates receive, inspect, inventory, and store inbound shipments; provision IT equipment by imaging restaurant Point of Sale systems, servers, and computers; configure switches and Wi‑Fi access points; and coordinate accurate and timely deliveries with other departments.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service by providing business‑critical hardware on the first contact so customers can get back to serving their own clients.

Essential Functions
  • Accept incoming orders on a daily basis.
  • Organize stock by unboxing and stocking shelves in designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stocked products and provide management with a clear representation of goods shipped and received.
  • Verify all incoming shipments by comparing invoices to orders and ensure all goods are in good condition.
  • Pack items for shipment according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Ensure scheduled jobs are completed on time and address any issues encountered.
  • Provide updates on completion status of scheduled nightly jobs as required.
  • Perform QA checks for completed tasks, as documented.
  • Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal or external teams after failed migrations.
  • Follow documentation for deploying images to various hardware types for our customer base.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues for various PC makes/models using manufacturers’ diagnostic programs.
  • Test hardware configurations to ensure compatibility with customer software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for computers and restaurant POS systems.
  • Replace internal PC parts through manufacturer warranty programs.
  • Communicate with customers and other internal departments to keep them informed of build progress for hot spare requests and project work.
  • Follow documentation and provide feedback for procedural improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Willingness and ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while managing expectations and competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with helpdesk agents, project managers, and field technicians.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work with little to no immediate supervision.
  • Adaptability to changing procedures and equipment.
  • Escalate issues that cannot be completed within given documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a personal, academic, or professional technical environment.
  • 1+ years of warehousing experience.
  • Hands‑on experience and strong working knowledge of Windows environments.
  • A successful background check, drug screening, and technical interview. We are a drug‑free workplace, including marijuana/THC with no exceptions.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk distances up to a half mile.
  • Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and kneel.
  • Ability to extend arms/hands overhead.
  • Climbing and working on ladders up to 12 feet.
  • Lifting objects up to 100 lbs.
