Materials Handler II (Embroidery Lead) – AFA – 2nd Shift

Responsible for leading a team of warehouse/production employees and ensuring high levels of customer service. Works closely with management to hold embroidery associates accountable for productivity, accuracy, and process. Provides training to new associates and follows up on their performance.

• Utilize industrial embroidery machines to customize orders.
• Process merchandise/product according to established procedures.
• Receive merchandise per established procedures and prioritize schedule.
• Prepare merchandise/product for stores/orders.
• Prepare merchandise/product for shipment.
• Coach and train new associates.
• Work closely with leadership to expedite high priority orders and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide real‑time coaching to machine operators and peers.
• Create urgency and drive productivity among embroidery associate team.
• Complete projects assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of embroidery experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with DC associates.
• Professional interaction with corporate and non‑corporate personnel.
• Ability to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.).
• Capacity to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours.

• Prior experience in distribution center/warehouse.
• Embroidery experience preferred.
