Hourly Pay: $19.00 - $27.00/hr*

Responsible for operating forklifts, managing inventory, maintaining safety standards, providing member service, and ensuring merchandise presentation and club pick‑up order fulfillment.

• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely in accordance with company standards.
• Receive, organize, and stock merchandise; manage inventory flow and reporting.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, including rotation, cleaning, and promotional displays.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled accurately and on time.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials per policy.
• Assist members with self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues.
• Assist with technology services, identify shrink opportunities, and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners; communicate progress and recommend improvements.
• Model Walmart values, promote integrity, and support a culture of belonging.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification and ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
