What Will You Enjoy Doing Strategic Planning & Inventory Control- Lead S&OP processes to align supply with demand and manage inventory performance.
- Develop planning strategies considering machine capacity, changeovers, and storage.
- Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and Days in Inventory (DII).
- Identify supply risks and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate production, warehousing, and transportation capacity.
- Support new business initiatives with feasibility assessments.
- Integrate real-time IIoT and ERP data to inform operational decisions.
- Optimize material flow and warehouse layout design using lean principles.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation systems (e.g., AGVs, AMRs, shuttles, conveyors).
- Ensure systematic solutions and standardized procedures across locations.
- Manage procurement and deployment of logistics equipment.
- Standardize and optimize secondary packaging for efficiency and sustainability.
- Coordinate reverse logistics for returnable packaging.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging integration across the supply chain.
- Act as master user and trainer for ERP system (Alpla Prod).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinate updates and new module deployment.
- Ensure proper workflow and system integration across logistics and planning.
- Train planners and logistics managers.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, IT, and quality teams.
- Maintain strong communication channels and drive cross-functional improvements.
- SLEA implementation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations required
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, MRP/MPS systems, and basic programming
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Familiarity with automation systems and IIoT technologies a plus
- APICS/CSCP or similar certification preferred
