** Job Summary
** We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to join our team as a Custodial Staff with Floor Scrubber Operation. In this role, you will be responsible for performing custodial duties while also operating a floor scrubber when necessary. You will contribute to maintaining cleanliness and overall cleanliness standards in our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.##

* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
* Adhere to established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
* Perform routine custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing designated areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, corridors, and other common spaces.
* Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste according to established guidelines.
* Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of supply closets and custodial equipment storage areas.
* Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other cleaning materials as needed.
* Operate and maintain floor scrubber equipment to clean and maintain floor surfaces.
* Conduct regular inspections of the floor scrubber to ensure its proper functioning, report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the floor scrubber and using cleaning chemicals.
* Collaborate with other custodial staff members to ensure efficient and effective completion of cleaning tasks.

Experience:

*** Basic understanding of using and handling cleaning chemicals.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Physical Requirements
** Physical activities may occasionally include:
* Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
* Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

Physical activities may constantly include:
* Communicating with others to exchange information.
* Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
* Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.

Environmental Conditions may occasionally include:
