The compensation target for this role is: $19.25

We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to join our team as a Custodial Staff with Floor Scrubber Operation. In this role, you will be responsible for performing custodial duties while also operating a floor scrubber when necessary. You will contribute to maintaining cleanliness and overall cleanliness standards in our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Perform routine custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing designated areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, corridors, and other common spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste according to established guidelines.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of supply closets and custodial equipment storage areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other cleaning materials as needed.
• Operate and maintain floor scrubber equipment to clean and maintain floor surfaces.
• Conduct regular inspections of the floor scrubber to ensure its proper functioning, report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the floor scrubber and using cleaning chemicals.
• Collaborate with other custodial staff members to ensure efficient and effective completion of cleaning tasks.

• Basic understanding of using and handling cleaning chemicals.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.

• Noisy warehouse environment.

This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
