Reporting to the Maintenance Director, North America, this leader directs maintenance supervisors and maintenance team members across a split-shift operation to keep PLC-controlled conveyor, sortation, robotics, and RFID systems — as well as building and facility infrastructure — running at peak uptime.
The role owns the site's preventive, condition-based, and continuous-improvement maintenance programs across both production automation and facilities and is accountable for driving measurable results across core reliability KPIs — MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and breakdown reduction — while managing projects, budgets, vendors, and team development.

- 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing supervisors and/or maintenance teams.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, conveyor systems, shipping sorters, RFID readers, and automated sortation (Sure Sort or equivalent) machines.

- Demonstrated experience with preventive and condition-based maintenance programs and a CMMS platform.
- Proven track record improving maintenance KPIs — MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and breakdown reduction.
- Project management experience with the ability to plan, budget, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Availability to work a split shift, Monday–Friday, and to respond to critical equipment issues as needed.
