Project Manager
Granco is hiring a Project Manager for our growing commercial stone and counter top operation in McDonough, GA.
We're looking for someone organized, proactive, and customer-focused who can manage commercial projects from kickoff through installation. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, project coordination, operations, millwork, cabinets, flooring, countertops, or related industries.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial projects from production through final installation
- Coordinate schedules with customers, contractors, installers, and internal teams
- Track timelines, project updates, and change orders
- Review project specifications, measurements, and drawings
- Communicate project status and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project documentation, records, and job updates within company systems
- Partner with operations, purchasing, and field teams to support successful project completion
Requirements
- 2+ years project management, coordination, or construction operations experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience in construction products, fabrication, millwork, countertops, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and basic systems
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems, and client portal management.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to read units of measurement for precise project specs.
