Position: Machine Operator I
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator I (US) to join their team. As a Machine Operator I (US), you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Inspect work pieces for defects and measure work pieces to ensure accuracy using measuring instruments.

+ Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.

+ Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and plan operational sequences.

+ Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, cutters, shears, and drills to produce metallic and plastic work pieces.

+ Perform minor maintenance tasks like oiling, cleaning, and replacing worn machine accessories.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ 0-2 years of related experience preferred.

+ Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and their maintenance.

+ Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions.

+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
