The Team Lead – Packing is responsible for overseeing the packing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves supervising packing staff, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining a productive workflow to meet production targets.

• Lead and manage a team of packers to achieve daily packing goals.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide hands‑on support as needed.
• Ensure packaging quality standards and company procedures are consistently followed.
• Train new team members on packing processes, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Monitor inventory of packing materials and report shortages.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment, enforcing company safety policies.
