Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include:

• Top closers
• Manual responsibilities such as loading, building, and making boxes
• Hand packaging of bottles
• Loading labels

Maintenance includes:

• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Loading and unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers, or other raw materials

Documentation:

• Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, and visual quality checks
• Perform changeovers of diverse packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer)
• Apply correct labels
• Perform quality checks, including visual inspection of product, labels, and packaging integrity for defects
• Housekeeping
• Perform autonomous maintenance

• Labeling accuracy: maintain a 100% labeling accuracy rate
• Quality control compliance: perform all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy
• Line clearance accuracy
• Autonomous maintenance completion
• Accountability, decision quality, effective communication, trust, collaboration, valuing differences, and driving results

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Capable of lifting 55 pounds and standing for a minimum of 12 hours
• Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
• High cleanliness standards for machines and work area
