Description4 PM – 4 AM | 2‑On / 2‑Off / 3‑On Rotation

- Earn up to $120,000 total in your first year, depending on experience (hourly rate + overtime + night shift differential)

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant machinery: mixers, conveyors, compressors, motors, pumps
- Repair/replace control devices: switches, sensors, push buttons, contractors, motor starters
- Maintain oven components: burners, valves, bearings, scrapers
- Work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical power systems
- Troubleshoot and repair Allen‑Bradley PLCs
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Operate metalworking equipment: welders, drill press, grinders, sheet metal tools
- Monitor and record environmental conditions (e.g., wastewater measurements)
- Collaborate with production, refrigeration, and warehouse teams
- Assist in developing SOPs and duty cycles for equipment maintenance
- Participate in plant safety, SQF
2000, health, and environmental programs - Support boiler and hot water systems maintenance
- High School Diploma/GED required (Technical College or PLC Certification preferred)
- 5+ years mechanical/electrical maintenance experience (hydraulic/pneumatic + PLC troubleshooting)
- 4+ years in manufacturing (food manufacturing/packaging strongly preferred)
- Skilled with electrical meters, maintenance tools, and metalworking equipment
- Experience with boiler/hot water systems
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to interpret schematics, plans, and O&M manuals
- Physically able to stand, bend, climb, and lift 50 lbs regularly
