McDonough, GA Shift: Nights (6 PM-6 AM)

Job Overview We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed production, packaging, and utility equipment on our night shift.

• Perform PMs and emergency repairs on production lines, packaging machines, PLCs, and AC/DC drive systems.
• Read electrical/mechanical schematics and accurately track work orders and parts in CMMS per SOPs.
• Adhere to OSHA, GMP, MSS, and CCP standards while maintaining a safe, clean work area.
• Communicate effectively across teams and maintain continuous improvement standards.

• 1+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical).
• Proficient with power tools, electrical meters, material handling equipment, and reading schematics. (Welding/machining a plus).
• High School Diploma/GED required;
  Technical degree preferred.

• Fast-paced plant environment; exposure to heat (90°F+), humidity, noise, and moving machinery. PPE required.

salary: $62,400 - $83,200 per year

• Perform planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance on production, packaging, processing, and utility systems. Ensure optimal function of manufacturing support systems.
• Read schematics and service manuals to diagnose and repair Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems.
• Promptly log work orders, PM check-ups, and technical data in CMMS and clear SOP paperwork.
• Check out parts to work orders, track stock levels, and coordinate with management/teams to resolve issues impacting production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean work environment while adhering strictly to OSHA safety standards, Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS), and Critical Control Points (CCP).
