Production Associate / Production Line, Production QC/QA, Machine Operator, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Here is what we’re looking for:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Dedicated individual to lead the filling line, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production throughout each shift.
- Support for team members by providing clear instructions on proper work methods, safety protocols, and high quality production standards.
- Skilled operators who can handle filling line equipment - labelers, bailers, fillers, forklifts, and automated control systems with accuracy and professionalism.
- Train new employees, oversee line feeding activities, and ensure all pre-production and in process work meets safety and quality expectations.
- Detail driven performers who keep production flowing by maintaining equipment, tracking inventory, and delivering accurate reports on line output and performance.
- Responsibilities involve lifting products up to 75 lbs, several times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
What We Offer You:
- Any shift that starts from 12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hr shift differential.
- Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.
