Overview

Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 10am - 8pm and Saturday once monthly.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre‑placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for private companies and governmental agencies. The role is clinic‑based.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary with annual merit increase and a generous Paid Time Off package.

Responsibilities
  • Examine patients and compile patient medical data and examination results.
  • Administer or order diagnostic tests such as x‑rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests.
  • Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and managing infections.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related health field from an accredited college or university.
  • State licensure in jurisdiction of employment.
  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program at an accredited university.
  • Board certification in the relevant specialty.
  • Occupational Medicine experience preferred; willingness to be trained in this area.
  • FMCSA NRCME required prior to start date (CME provided if not already certified).
  • DEA registration required prior to start date.
